No cash or credit. If an item is defective we will gladly re-ship a duplicate FREE of charge and reimburse you for postage (up to $2.00) to ship back the defective item. (You MUST contact us prior to shipping)
"I received my order. I ordered the wrong item or format. I want a FULL refund." Please email us to 'set up' a return for you. Then ship back the merchandise at your expense and we will refund the merchandise amount but not S&H fees. We will not refund S&H fees on customer mistakes.
We reserve the right to void, cancel or refund money on orders that are incomplete or cannot be verified through our credit card or telephone verification processing. This is ESPECIALLY related to Overseas orders.
"I ordered the wrong item or I mad a mistake about formats...what can I do to stop this order?" If a customer wants to STOP an order they should contact us within 24-36 hours after placing the order. We can usually stop the order from being processed. (see above for refunds)
This website does NOT share ANY data or information, sent to us, (whether email addresses or personal ordering information) with ANY outside sources or 3rd party businesses. The one exception is for necessary personal data to process sales orders to our credit card processing company.
How soon will I receive my merchandise? We generally process and send out your order within 5-7 days (unless it's a weekend or holiday) It normally takes 3-5 days from the time we send out your order until the time it arrives at your door. We currently use United States Postal Service for our delivery carrier. Will I need to be home to receive my package? On domestic orders over $39.00 we generally will ship with a "signature confirmation" requirement. If you are NOT home to sign for your package....PLEASE specify a daytime address where we can ship your merchandise (preferably a business location) Can I track my package? Only Express mail is trackable. We do not track your package and are not set up to send out a shipping confirmation email. If you want your signature or delivery confirmation # please email us and we will send you the # . You can assume your package will arrive within 2-4 days after shipping. I did NOT receive a purchase confirmation! You will only receive a purchase confirmation if you enter a correct email address during the credit card billing .Sometimes mistakes happen and you might have accidentally entered a 'typo'. If you do NOT receive a purchase confirmation within 1/2 hour of your order, please email us at DeanMartinRoasts@aol.com to request a copy.
It's been 2 weeks....where is my package? If your package hasn't arrive in 14 days, please email us at DeanMartinRoasts@aol.com to have us 'track' your package.

Our new postage program is tied into the USPS computer and NOW calculates postage domestically & internationally.
Can merchandise be shipped overseas? Please read ADDITIONAL Roasts SHIPPING INFORMATION and apply the same price per unit to non-Roasts videos. AND .... 4 CD's or 4 DVD's equal 1 video tape.

Are these ROAST videos original "factory" merchandise? Yes! We purchase directly from Guthy-Renker. These are the exact same product you would receive from them.
Are Roasts videos compatible with all VCR & DVD players throughout the world? NO.........ALL VIDEOS ARE IN VHS "NTSC" FORMAT see video formats and DVD's are 'region 1' North America & Canada
